Robert Stanley Cain

January 8, 1947 - March 10, 2022

Robert Stanley Cain Jr. was born January 8, 1947 in Dorchester Massachusetts to Robert Stanley Cain Sr. and Marie C. Cain. Robert passed away at the Bailey Center on March 10,2022. Robert is preceded in death by his wife Barbara Jean Cain of 46 years. He is survived by his children David Michael, Angela Childers(Jason L.). Robert has 3 grandchildren Joshua Childers(Breanna) and Jacob Childers(Kallie) and Tyler Cain. Robert has 7 great-grandchildren Paisley, Jayce, Colton, Sara, Kaylynn, Brantley and Lucius. He has 2 sisters Barbara Schweda(Phil) and Beth Clements(Dean). He was a wonderful husband, father, son, brother, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. After graduation from Hastings High School in 1965 he served in the Navy and then the Coast Guard. Afterwards starting his amazing custom cabinet business. He also was a member of the Masonic Lodge brotherhood. He had an amazing heart, always helping others as well as giving to charities. He loved music, dancing, hunting and fishing. He was deeply loved by all. This is not a goodbye but until next time “Aye”. A visitation will 1:00 PM with a funeral service beginning at 2:00pm on Thursday March 17,2022 at Craig Funeral Home. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, a contribution be made to St. Jude's.
