Roger Paul Millecan
July 31, 1959 - January 13, 2020
Roger Paul Millecan was much beloved by friends and family. Born in Rochester, New York, he eventually met and married his high school sweetheart after following her to Florida. He was a talented chef known far and wide across the cozy town of St. Augustine, FL and beyond. At the time of his passing he was working as the Executive Chef at Westminster Retirement Community. Beyond his gift with culinary expertise, he had a way of making people laugh and touching people’s hearts. He adored and was adored by his family most of all. He was a doting father to his three children and a loving husband to his wife. He also loved all animals; especially his cats and his daughter’s dogs. You could find him enjoying rock music while he lounged by the pool, watching the birds he loved to feed, enjoying the rain from the porch in a rocking chair; all whilst spending time with his family. He was a very loved man and he will be severely missed. He is survived by his wife, Kathy Millecan; his three children Lauren, Heather and Ryan Millecan; his sister and brother, Donna and Eric Millecan; and paternal aunt, Sister Mary Joan Millecan. Memorial contributions may be made to the Millecan family.
